2021 Castello di Romitorio Brunello di Montalcino
Winery Notes- The Castello Romitorio Brunello di Montalcino is our flagship wine and reflects more than 30 years of working in harmony with nature in Montalcino. The estate has new and old vineyards of Sangiovese at high altitudes in the northwest of Montalcino. The Sangiovese grapes are carefully selected before and after destemming. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with an initial short period of cold maceration followed by maceration at a higher controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is naturally caused, so the wine is rested to separate the lees. The wine matures in oak for a minimum of 24 months, and, after bottling, it is aged in Castello Romitorio’s temperature controlled cellars for a minimum of 4 months before release.$69.9024 -

2023 OLG Our Lady of Guadalupe Vineyard Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir (Was $80)
Winery Notes- An endearing pour of a brooding crimson core with flashes of vermilion and neon pink as the glass swirls. Aromatics spill in double time with notes of muddled strawberry, “Pinot crunch”, cranberry, pomegranate, orange peel, and the coastal hills of lavender and sagebrush surrounding our vineyard. Without missing a beat, the palate flaunts rich and concentrated flavors of black cherry, ripe strawberry, fennel and a kiss of Maldon salt, kept in check by the layers of acid that dominate wines from the region. A multitude of sensations culminates with mild tannins and an energized finish that seems to perpetually exist.$64.9011 -

2021 Justin Isosceles Paso Robles Bordeaux Blend
Winery Notes- Bright with a dark purple/black core lightening to ruby/purple at the rim, with slowly forming, moderately stained tears on the glass. Complex and attractively aromatic, showing very ripe cherry and black currant fruit followed by savory notes of cedar, pipe tobacco, vanilla bean, baking spice, and warm oak. Full-bodied on the palate with ripe notes of crème de cassis and black cherry jam, with hints of red berry fruit on entry and vanilla, licorice, and baking spice leading into the midpalate, which shows complex savory notes of cedar, tobacco leaf, and leather. The lengthy and continually changing finish progresses from ripe black cherry fruit flavors accented by baking spice and oak notes to ripe chewy tannins and balancing acidity that adds depth and freshness.Rating(s)$59.907 -

2019 Voliero Brunello di Montalcino
In 2006, Andrea Cortonesi put a lot of miles on his car. Already the founder, proprietor, vigneron and winemaker for the Uccelliera estate, he was also running his own restaurant in Siena called Il Casato. It was in his capacity as restaurateur that the Voliero label was born: in researching all of the best possible local products for the menu, a friend of his in Montalcino offered him grapes from his vineyard in the Canalicchio cru in northern Montalcino to make a wine just for the restaurant. There was never enough Uccelliera wines to go around, so he accepted the idea to produce a second label.$64.9012 -
2019 Caprili Brunello di Montalcino

The soil is a mix of sand, clay and limestone in varying amounts depending on vineyard location. 2020 Melville Terraces Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- A beautiful blue garnet in color, with aromas of spiced cranberry, orange zest and pomegranate dancing from the glass. Grippy tannins and defined acidity come together on the palate evoking flavors of plum compote, clove and herbal tea. Pure, bright and clean, Terraces finishes with the grace and elegance you have come to expect.$69.904 -
2018 Epoch Authenticity - Paderewski Vineyard Paso Robles Syrah
Winery Notes- Authenticity is a very authentic blend with primarily Syrah from one very steep limestone hillside at Paderewski and blended with a neighboring block of Mourvèdre to yield a supple, sultry and seamless wine that is classically Paderewski. Sometimes we co-ferment some Syrah with a neighboring Viognier block to add a little spice and freshness to the mix. This wine is deemed “The Bill Wine” because it has many gears – big and bold yet elegant and refined. -
2018 Epoch Estate Paso Robles Rhône Blend
Winery Notes- The 2018 Estate Blend is a graceful, awe-inspiring expression of our red varieties at Epoch grown across all three of our vineyard sites – Paderewski, Catapult, and York – in the even-keeled, dreamy 2018 vintage. Brimming with concentrated dark plum and black cherry, savory roasted herbs and meats, earthy forest floor, lavender, chocolate, and vanilla, this wine is generous and harmonious in youth, but it is sure to age beautifully thanks to its balance of flavor and texture on the palate entry to finish
