Gosset Grand Rosé Brut Rosé Champagne
Winery Notes- Champagne Gosset produces dynamic, textured cuvées that reflect their sourcing, primarily Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. By following a winemaking philosophy that minimizes inputs beyond what the grapes provide (e.g. no malolactic fermentation), the winery continues a family legacy of excellence that started in 1584, making it the oldest wine house in Champagne. Grand Rosé is an elegant, charming and focused wine with a historic connection to one of the great ladies of Champagne, Suzanne Gosset, née Paillard. During her tenure as president of the house in the 1950’s, she led a quality renaissance. Today, this brut-level wine is compelling with freshness and luscious red fruit dominance (wild strawberries and cream), which softly envelop the palate.$79.905 -
Moet & Chandon Impérial Brut Champagne

Heidsieck & Co Monopole Blue Top Brut Champagne
Winery Notes- Pale yellow in color with brilliant reflections. On the nose, primarily yellow fruits and peach predominate at the initial tasting. However, there are also aromas of stewed fruits, with a hint of honey. Not to mention floral notes with white flowers offering a foretaste of the lightness of the wine. These are clearly generous and persistent aromas and promise a highly aromatic vintage. On the palate, the promise of the aromas in the nose is more than delivered by a round mouth, a subtle attack and good length. The mouth, like the nose, is dominated by fruit – peaches, cherry plums, and then oranges. Freshness, elegance and delicacy emerge gently throughout the entire tasting. It is very pleasant on the palate.$39.9011 -
Charles Heidsieck Reserve Brut Champagne
Rating:★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Winery Notes- A deep golden robe. Delicate vivacious and long-lasting bubbles are the result of more than 36 months of ageing in chalk cellars. With 40% of reserve wines (the maximum possible amount), the blend offers a complex, voluptuous nose with notes of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. A precise selection of wines, purposely limited to 60 crus, ensures the Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve a deliciously sophisticated harmony. An opulent selection of ripe, sun-drenched fruits such as mango, apricot, and greengage plum combines with dried fruits, pistachio and almond. The texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries. The reserve wines, some dating back ten years give the wine lushness. The depth of the thousand-year-old chalk quarries where the wine matures offer a touch of praline along with notes of amber and vanilla.$49.903 -

Sorelle Bronca Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry
This organically grown, estate-bottled sparkling wine is made primarily of the Prosecco grape (also called Glera) with small amounts of the traditional varieties Perera, Verdiso and Bianchetta. The 'bulk process,' a secondary fermentation in a tank rather than in the individual bottle, is used, as it is for almost all Prosecco. Half of the grape juice is made into still wine right at harvest, the other half is kept at very low temperature until needed. The second fermentation (for bubbles) takes place in special tanks that can stand the pressure, and consists of about half still wine and half grape juice (not sugar, as is normal.) After a long, slow fermentation the must is kept in contact with the fine lees for about 4 months, then filtered and bottled at about 13 grams of residual sweetness per liter. A number of batches are produced during the year to ensure freshness, and we import the wine frequently for the same reason. Prosecco is best drunk as fresh as possible. Better grapes and more attention to detail make this Prosecco much tastier than the more commercial examples. As soon as you open it you can smell beautiful clean aromas of pear and green apple, with hints of herbs; the extended contact with the lees give the wine great persistence. The perfect aperitif, delicious with some lighter dishes, and a great upgrade to your spritz.Rating(s)$24.9024+ -

Drappier Carte d'Or Brut Champagne
The Carte d’Or cuvée is the very expression of the Drappier style. With its very high proportion of Pinot Noir, one is almost tasting a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a fine aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful and complex palate. A vinous Champagne of lovely complexity with a characteristic note of quince jelly.$39.9020
