Winery Notes- This year’s release of Perpetual Reserve displays the same energetic and delicious character that has made previous releases so popular. Utilizing fruit from both our Bearwallow and Mt. Pajaro estate vineyards, it is made in a solera style by blending the current vintage with reserve wines dating back to 2016 and aging on the lees for two years.
