2021 Castello di Romitorio Brunello di Montalcino
Winery Notes- The Castello Romitorio Brunello di Montalcino is our flagship wine and reflects more than 30 years of working in harmony with nature in Montalcino. The estate has new and old vineyards of Sangiovese at high altitudes in the northwest of Montalcino. The Sangiovese grapes are carefully selected before and after destemming. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with an initial short period of cold maceration followed by maceration at a higher controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is naturally caused, so the wine is rested to separate the lees. The wine matures in oak for a minimum of 24 months, and, after bottling, it is aged in Castello Romitorio’s temperature controlled cellars for a minimum of 4 months before release.$69.9024 -

2023 Patz & Hall Hyde Vineyard Carneros Chardonnay (Was $60)
Winery Notes- This Chardonnay is from blocks planted for Patz & Hall in 1997 and 1999 using the famous “Hyde Wente” selection of Chardonnay. The 2022 Hyde Chardonnay demonstrates why this vineyard has been a three-star, acclaimed Patz & Hall offering for over 30 years. The just ripe pomaceous fruit mingles seamlessly with the vanilla spice from careful new French oak ageing. Evidence of lees contact show by richness of palate and a nuance of toast and flint. This wine has wonderfully fresh acidity that is contrasted by startling deep, rich textures, a seeming contradiction, found in only the greatest Chardonnays.$39.906 -
2023 Tyler Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- Our Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir is comprised of fruit from various high quality vineyard sites throughout the region. This bottling is intended to provide great value and represenation, while keeping focus on quality and typicity. We ferment with native yeasts in large, open-top Rousseau oak fermenters. After about five days, fermentation begins and we gently manage extraction with judicious use of both punch-downs and pump-overs. Once dry, we press the wine to tank for a brief settling before racking to french oak barrique. The wine rests in barrel for 8-9 months before racking back to stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result is a structured, yet approachable, Pinot Noir with bright acidity, red fruits and a natural savoriness.$29.9014 -

Winery Notes- Bright and lively red color. Its charming nose gives mineral fragrances followed by hints of sour cherry and pink flowers. The juicy palate opens with citrusy sensations enriched by blueberry aromas. Tannins are lively and well-balanced. 2021 Roederer Estate Clark Road Vineyard Anderson Valley Brut Sparkling Wine
Winery Notes- Clark Road Vineyard is a handmade bottling. This vineyard is on the cool west side of Anderson Valley, where Pinot Noir thrives. We are intimately familiar with this site, which we have been farming since 1999. During those years, we have learned that we can leave the fruit on the vine longer than other sites, and as we allow it to ripen, it develops the juicy acidity so essential to top-quality sparkling wine. Clark Road was partially fermented in casks (7%) and with a small amount of reserve wine aged in casks (4.8%) to give the Roederer Estate family touch. It was disgorged in December 2024 after 30 months on the yeast.$44.9018 -

2023 Bonny Doon Le Cigare Volant Monterey County Rhône Blend
Winery Notes- The fruit is carefully selected to ensure its full potential of ripeness with balanced chemistry, and as usual for Cigare, Grenache is the star of the show. As we all know, Grenache grown in relatively cool sites in coastal California has a growing season long enough for it to create the spicy, peppery quality that we love so much and expect to taste in Cigare. We included, as is our wont, some wonderful Cinsault, a rather plump and juicy grape, which was signee to a fare-thee0well, to increase the concentration of this lightly colored and structured grape. The wine was aged in stainless steel tank and bottled ten months after harvest to preserve freshness and vibrancy.$14.9024 -
2023 Castello Banfi Rosso di Montalcino
Winery Notes- A mild winter and an exceptionally warm April led to an early budbreak. The cool and rainy months of May and June were followed by July and August with temperatures so high they inhibited photosynthesis and delayed ripening. In early September, temperatures suddenly dropped below average and were accompanied by frequent rainfall. This unusual seasonal pattern resulted in wines that are fresher, lower in alcohol and concentration, yet marked by surprisingly graceful tannins. The color is bright ruby red with fresh, sweet and fruity aromas of blackberry and ripe cherry: floral and spicy notes of vanilla, tobacco and licorice are also evident. The structure is ample, concentrated and harmonious, with good acidity; beautiful final persistence that gives pleasantness to the drink.$29.901 -
2020 Castello Banfi Poggio Alle Mura Brunello di Montalcino (Was $120)
Winery Notes- A Brunello crafted from estate vineyards, identified as the most suitable for Sangiovese by the zonation studies, initiated in 1980. Mild temperatures and low rainfall during the winter and spring periods favored the early development of the vines. In June, there were several rainfall events accompanied by mild temperatures, which allowed for a surprising vegetative and productive balance in the vineyards. The other summer months were warm and sunny, enabling perfect veraison and ripening of the grapes. The harvest occurred earlier than usual. The grapes, in perfect condition thanks to good temperature variations and the absence of rain, exhibited excellent aromatic profiles and good acidity. The result is a Brunello with great personality. Intense ruby red color with a complex aromatic structure, highlighted by notes of blackberry and plum jam, combined with spicy hints of tobacco. On the palate, it is balanced and elegant, with soft, mature, and well-integrated tannins. The finish is persistent. It is a long aging wine which pairs excellently with rich and succulent dishes, as well as ripe cheeses. Perfect as a meditation wine.$89.905 -

2023 OLG Our Lady of Guadalupe Vineyard Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir (Was $80)
Winery Notes- An endearing pour of a brooding crimson core with flashes of vermilion and neon pink as the glass swirls. Aromatics spill in double time with notes of muddled strawberry, “Pinot crunch”, cranberry, pomegranate, orange peel, and the coastal hills of lavender and sagebrush surrounding our vineyard. Without missing a beat, the palate flaunts rich and concentrated flavors of black cherry, ripe strawberry, fennel and a kiss of Maldon salt, kept in check by the layers of acid that dominate wines from the region. A multitude of sensations culminates with mild tannins and an energized finish that seems to perpetually exist.$64.9011 -
2022 Chalone Vineyard Estate Grown Chalone Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The 2022 Estate Pinot Noir reveals aromas of cherry, strawberry, leather, truffle, forest floor, plum, and cinnamon. The medium-bodied palate is a beautiful representation of the varietal and the Chalone AVA. Opulent flavors of plum, bright red cherries, and strawberry are complemented by notes of toasty oak, hints of vanilla and spices, and supported by medium acidity.$26.905 -
2022 Wrath Pommard 4/777 Monterey Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- Wrath's blend of clones 777 and Pommard 4 has always showcased the dark, earthy side of our estate pinot fruit and the 2022 vintage is no exception. The nose shows off black cherry and forest floor. Whole cluster fermentation (20%) balances acidity and adds to its layered flavors, while a rich, seamless intensity defines the palate with bing cherry, black raspberry and an allspice element; all leading to a long, structured finish.$29.908 -
2020 Camigliano Brunello di Montalcino
Winery Notes- Ruby red wine, tending to a very lively garnet. It has an intense and persistent, ample and ethereal scent. Small ripe red fruits are highlighted together with spicy notes. On the palate the tannins are balanced and soft with an excellent aromatic persistence.$44.904
