2025 Lucy (Pisoni) Santa Lucia Highlands Rosé of Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The 2025 Lucy Rosé of Pinot Noir is a bottle alive with vibrance and energy. Cool weather from summer through harvest maintained bright acidity. The wine's character is foreshadowed with the pale salmon color. Aromatics are lively—emitting from the glass are notes of strawberrries, grapefuit, hibiscus, and Monterey Bay sea breeze. The palate builds with rose petal, summer berries, and cataloupe. 2025 was a particularly late year for sugar developement on the vine, which allowed for slow and delicate ripeness. The Lucy Rosé of Pinot Noir was fermented and aged in neutral barrels that bring an attractive texture while maintaining a crisp and dry finish. 2023 Domaine Dujac Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Aux Combottes
Winery Notes- Les Combottes, a locality south of the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, lies halfway up the hill, just below the steep incline of Les Monts Luisants, in a steeply sloping area (5–6%). Ranging in altitude from 271 to 282 meters, this lieu-dit faces due east. The soil changes from east to west. In the eastern part of the plot, the reddish-brown soil is 40 to 50 cm thick, containing angular-to-rounded limestone fragments. In the western part of the lieu-dit, the soil is rich in fine angular limestone gravel. The underlying substratum Les Combottes is ocher-colored crinoidal limestone (limestone in Entroques), rich in debris from marine organisms. To the west, this layer is overlain by bedded limestone scree (grèzes litées), covering the upper part of the slope. This Comblanchien limestone scree is composed of fine angular gravel..$389.905 -

Winery Notes- A vintage of patience paid off with this complex blend of entirely estate-farmed vineyards, as well as introducing a new planting. The 2023 Lucia by Pisoni Pinot Noir, Estate Cuvée is a blend of 41% Pisoni Vineyards, 32% Garys’ Vineyard, 15% Soberanes Vineyard and 12% WindRock Vineyard. Our most recent estate vineyard introduces another expression of intense farming and fruit expression, planted to the north of Garys’ Vineyard. The slow and late harvest brought a classic profile to the Pinot Noirs—bright, pure and balanced. Deep color and exuberant aromas of red raspberries, dark cherries, ground clove, and vanilla emit from the glass. Soft and layered tannins are woven together with notes of fresh red plum and allspice. The extended growing season is evident on the palate as well, with a long finish that extends the depth of flavor.$49.9021 -
