2021 Castello di Romitorio Brunello di Montalcino
Winery Notes- The Castello Romitorio Brunello di Montalcino is our flagship wine and reflects more than 30 years of working in harmony with nature in Montalcino. The estate has new and old vineyards of Sangiovese at high altitudes in the northwest of Montalcino. The Sangiovese grapes are carefully selected before and after destemming. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with an initial short period of cold maceration followed by maceration at a higher controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is naturally caused, so the wine is rested to separate the lees. The wine matures in oak for a minimum of 24 months, and, after bottling, it is aged in Castello Romitorio’s temperature controlled cellars for a minimum of 4 months before release.$69.9024 -

2023 Domaine François Carillon Chassagne-Montrachet
Winery Notes- The Carillon family Domaine dates back to the 16th century. Today, François Carillon farms almost 20 acres of vineyards, located principally in Puligny-Montrachet. The primary aromas of this white Burgundy are ample, with notes of white stone fruit highlighted by a summery minerality. Generous and flexible, it is a crowd-pleaser that can be enjoyed upon release. The vinification is done in the traditional Burgundian style, with fermentation taking place in small oak casks. 2025 Lucy (Pisoni) Santa Lucia Highlands Rosé of Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The 2025 Lucy Rosé of Pinot Noir is a bottle alive with vibrance and energy. Cool weather from summer through harvest maintained bright acidity. The wine's character is foreshadowed with the pale salmon color. Aromatics are lively—emitting from the glass are notes of strawberrries, grapefuit, hibiscus, and Monterey Bay sea breeze. The palate builds with rose petal, summer berries, and cataloupe. 2025 was a particularly late year for sugar developement on the vine, which allowed for slow and delicate ripeness. The Lucy Rosé of Pinot Noir was fermented and aged in neutral barrels that bring an attractive texture while maintaining a crisp and dry finish. The complexity and acidity bring this rosé to pair with many different foods and situations from casual to formal. Enjoy!$19.902 -

2023 Castello Banfi Rosso di Montalcino
Winery Notes- A mild winter and an exceptionally warm April led to an early budbreak. The cool and rainy months of May and June were followed by July and August with temperatures so high they inhibited photosynthesis and delayed ripening. In early September, temperatures suddenly dropped below average and were accompanied by frequent rainfall. This unusual seasonal pattern resulted in wines that are fresher, lower in alcohol and concentration, yet marked by surprisingly graceful tannins. The color is bright ruby red with fresh, sweet and fruity aromas of blackberry and ripe cherry: floral and spicy notes of vanilla, tobacco and licorice are also evident. The structure is ample, concentrated and harmonious, with good acidity; beautiful final persistence that gives pleasantness to the drink.$29.901 -
2020 Castello Banfi Poggio Alle Mura Brunello di Montalcino (Was $120)
Winery Notes- A Brunello crafted from estate vineyards, identified as the most suitable for Sangiovese by the zonation studies, initiated in 1980. Mild temperatures and low rainfall during the winter and spring periods favored the early development of the vines. In June, there were several rainfall events accompanied by mild temperatures, which allowed for a surprising vegetative and productive balance in the vineyards. The other summer months were warm and sunny, enabling perfect veraison and ripening of the grapes. The harvest occurred earlier than usual. The grapes, in perfect condition thanks to good temperature variations and the absence of rain, exhibited excellent aromatic profiles and good acidity. The result is a Brunello with great personality. Intense ruby red color with a complex aromatic structure, highlighted by notes of blackberry and plum jam, combined with spicy hints of tobacco. On the palate, it is balanced and elegant, with soft, mature, and well-integrated tannins. The finish is persistent. It is a long aging wine which pairs excellently with rich and succulent dishes, as well as ripe cheeses. Perfect as a meditation wine.$89.905 -

2023 Domaine Joseph Colin Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Vide Bourse
Joseph Colin is the son of Marc Colin and younger brother of Pierre-Yves Colin. After Pierre-Yves left in 2003 to start his now famous PYCM, Joseph took over Domaine Marc Colin with his two younger siblings, having worked with his father since 1993 at the age of 19. In 2017 Joseph followed in his older brother’s footsteps, by peeling 6+ hectares from the original family property to begin his own story. This process of bestowing the oldest children with some of the most beautiful vines in the world to make their own way in the wine world is a Burgundian tradition. In the case of the Colin family, the parcels they were given include some of the choicest nuggets of Chardonnay soil on the planet, with the mother lode centered in and around St. Aubin, Puligny and Chassagne. Having started working with his father full-time at such a young age, Joseph knows the rocks and vines in this white Burgundy mecca like few others, meticulously caring for each parcel like his own personal garden. He has a hands-off approach in the cellar, fermenting with indigenous yeast and aging all of the wines in 350L barrels on their fine lees until bottling. The wines are all top examples of this most sacred of Chardonnay terroirs, with an electricity and verve that is so sought yet so rarely found.$189.901
