More restrained on the nose than the Chassagne before it, but in no way a lighter wine. grilled almond fruit, very type Puligny – brioche bread coated with sugar. Very pungent and long-lasting on the palate, with butterscotch, caramel and some white pepper on the finish, along with some peaches. High toned acids throughout, with some rose water and menthol. Winery Notes- The Puligny-Montrachet comes from four hectares of vines, spread over 8 different localities: Derrière la Velle, Reuchaux, Corvée, Levrons, Aubues, Tremblots, Noyer Bret and Rousselles. The vinification is done in the traditional Burgundian style, with fermentation taking place in small oak casks. The wine is then aged in Allier oak. 2023 Tyler Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- Our Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir is comprised of fruit from various high quality vineyard sites throughout the region. This bottling is intended to provide great value and represenation, while keeping focus on quality and typicity. We ferment with native yeasts in large, open-top Rousseau oak fermenters. After about five days, fermentation begins and we gently manage extraction with judicious use of both punch-downs and pump-overs. Once dry, we press the wine to tank for a brief settling before racking to french oak barrique. The wine rests in barrel for 8-9 months before racking back to stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result is a structured, yet approachable, Pinot Noir with bright acidity, red fruits and a natural savoriness.$29.9014 -

Similar to the approach we take with our estate wines, winemaking features separate fermentations by block with gentle cap management. 2025 Lucy (Pisoni) Santa Lucia Highlands Rosé of Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The 2025 Lucy Rosé of Pinot Noir is a bottle alive with vibrance and energy. Cool weather from summer through harvest maintained bright acidity. The wine's character is foreshadowed with the pale salmon color. Aromatics are lively—emitting from the glass are notes of strawberrries, grapefuit, hibiscus, and Monterey Bay sea breeze. The palate builds with rose petal, summer berries, and cataloupe. 2025 was a particularly late year for sugar developement on the vine, which allowed for slow and delicate ripeness. The Lucy Rosé of Pinot Noir was fermented and aged in neutral barrels that bring an attractive texture while maintaining a crisp and dry finish. 2023 Domaine Joseph Colin Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Vide Bourse
Joseph Colin is the son of Marc Colin and younger brother of Pierre-Yves Colin. After Pierre-Yves left in 2003 to start his now famous PYCM, Joseph took over Domaine Marc Colin with his two younger siblings, having worked with his father since 1993 at the age of 19. In 2017 Joseph followed in his older brother’s footsteps, by peeling 6+ hectares from the original family property to begin his own story. This process of bestowing the oldest children with some of the most beautiful vines in the world to make their own way in the wine world is a Burgundian tradition. In the case of the Colin family, the parcels they were given include some of the choicest nuggets of Chardonnay soil on the planet, with the mother lode centered in and around St. Aubin, Puligny and Chassagne. Having started working with his father full-time at such a young age, Joseph knows the rocks and vines in this white Burgundy mecca like few others, meticulously caring for each parcel like his own personal garden. He has a hands-off approach in the cellar, fermenting with indigenous yeast and aging all of the wines in 350L barrels on their fine lees until bottling. The wines are all top examples of this most sacred of Chardonnay terroirs, with an electricity and verve that is so sought yet so rarely found.$189.901
