2023 Alma de Cattleya Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- Bursting with notes of grapefruit, orange blossom, and lemon peel, this wine is bright, refreshingly crisp, and hard to put down.Rating(s)$21.905 -
2022 La Follette Los Primeros Sonoma County Chardonnay
Winery Notes- Sonoma County is emerging as a top spot for Chardonnays to pair with food. With a much larger Diurnal Swing than our neighbors to the East, Sonoma Chardonnays tend to be more “European” in style with racy acid and more stone fruit flavors like white peach and apricot. This wine is a blend of both declassified barrels from some of our top single vineyard sites along with contracted sources picked by the winemaking team for specific flavor profiles. A pale yellow color with notes of star jasmine, Bartlett pear and star fruit on the nose. Faint hints of vanilla, toasted marshmallow and grilled lemon linger in the background. In the mouth the pear, star fruit and white flowers persist with the addition of Fuji apple, persimmon with a zippy acidity. Pairs well with mild cheeses and seafood dishes like shrimp scampi or macadamia crusted halibut.Rating(s)$24.9015 -
2021 La Follette Los Primeros Sonoma County Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- For our 2021 Los Primeros Pinot Noir we blended both declassified barrels from some of our top single vineyard wines along with contracted sources chosen by the winemaking team for specific aroma and flavor profiles. Layered into this are blending components from a handful of truly elite Sonoma Coast producers. Visually, the wine is a light ruby which fades to delicate pink with a hint of brick red. By sight alone one would think this to be Côte de Beaune rather than California. But the nose has classic Sonoma cherry cola nut and ripe raspberry with bacon fat, sage, white button mushroom and fall leaves. On the palate, the wine is on the lighter side of medium body and bursts with black cherry and pomegranate. This initial fruit is followed by a brace of acidity with tons of spice followed by black pepper, paprika, sage, tomato leaf and hints of oyster shell.$27.905 -
2022 Quivira Fig Tree Vineyard Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- The wine is a beautiful pale-yellow color that is star bright with a tinge of green. The nose has classic Sauvignon Blanc notes of grapefruit, underripe pear and lemon. Add to these aromas of hibiscus flower and just a whisp of almond macaroon and toasted coconut. The palate has eyebrow raising acidity up front which rounds out seamlessly through the middle. Flavors of lemon bar, clementine and kumquat are wrapped in river rock minerality with freshness akin to a tropical rainstorm. A beautiful expression of our cool microclimate in Dry Creek Valley.Rating(s) -
2023 Banshee Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant nose of lemon-lime, lychee, kiwi, and cantalope with a touch of honeysuckle. Bright acidity and juicy flavors of lychee and mango lead to a smooth mineral finish for this refreshing wine.Rating(s)$16.9018 -
2022 Talbott Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Santa Lucia Highlands Chardonnay
Winery Notes- Our 2022 Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Chardonnay is an elegant expression of the fog-cloaked vines of our legendary Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Wisps of lemon zest and Tahitian vanilla conjure hints of meringue clouds dotted with lemon curd. The mouthfeel is silky with touches of salinity. Bright layers of sliced apple and pear supported by toasted brioche lift the fruit, leading to a long, lingering finish with a touch of rich caramel.Rating(s)$29.906 -
2022 La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir offers aromas of raspberry, cranberry, black licorice, and exotic tea notes. On the palate, red cherry, plum, and boysenberry, subtle hints of espresso and cocoa nib underpin notes of spice and toast. Firm yet integrated tannins and bright acidity drives a long finish.$23.905 -
2021 Mauritson Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- Wonderfully perfumed aromas include candied green apple, evening Winter Daphne blossom, crushed wet stone and spicy peony, with a soft dusting of vanilla pod. The entry is bright, energetic and very inviting. On the palate, cleansing kumquat zest gives the wine focus, while a kiss of summer-ripened guava, and white pineapple carries the round and refreshing lift on the finish.$19.903 -
2021 Prisoner Wine Co. Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- From the most recognized Napa Valley red blend comes a bold, new wine. Made in the same iconic style as The Prisoner Red Blend, we proudly introduce The Prisoner Pinot Noir. Redefining taste once again.$39.903 -
2022 Bedrock Wine Co. Sonoma Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- Having a few more vintages of experience under our belts with the two small blocks of Sauvignon Blanc at Bedrock Vineyard, we are starting to see some subtle differences created by the gentle contours and soil shifts. Though planted next to each other, using the same Musqué clone on the same Los Robles Cobbly Loam soil, we have started to see an interesting, and happily complimentary, difference arise between the two. Block 2, which has a bit more rock and a subtle rise on its north end, tends to be quite aromatically detailed, more structured, and very delineated in mouthfeel. Block 3, which is less rocky and has more clay-loam, tends to have more vigorous vines that lead to wines that are more generous in body and richness (and perhaps a trace more obvious). For the Bedrock Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, we decided to build the wine around the tactile Block 2 and blend in a little bit of Block 3 for some weight and fruit. Both lots were barrel fermented in a range of barrel sizes, and this wine has a bit of new oak from our favorite coopers.Rating(s)$26.905 -
2022 Bedrock Wine Co. Bedrock Vineyard - Heritage Wine Sonoma Valley Red Blend
Winery Notes- One of the triumphs of the very good 2022 vintage, this is one of my favorite Bedrock Heritage wines we have made to date. Alas, due to a rough late frost, we also have less of it than normal. Starting in 2022 we adjusted some elements on the viticultural side, including less leafing of the canopy around the clusters. This had a positive impact as the more shaded fruit led to better resolved structure and a bit more suppleness earlier on. This wine always ages beautifully on the back of its tannin component, but sometimes the wines can approach a level of austerity in their youth that requires some patience. Though this wine will still age gracefully for decades, I do think it is one of the more immediately satisfying renditions of the wine— calling to mind the 2012 or 2016 vintages. As always, this is a field-blend of the 20+ varieties planted in 1888 at our home ranch. Based around Zinfandel (roughly 65%), the Bedrock Heritage always has a generous dollop of the spectacular old vine Carignan and Mataro in it, along with the smaller percentages of Syrah, Petite Sirah, Tempranillo, Trousseau, Castets, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Alicante Bouschet, Grand Noir, Lenoir, et al… Wonderfully spicy and perfumed, this wine sings the song of Sonoma Valley.Rating(s)$44.9019 -
2022 Alma de Cattleya Sonoma County Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- Remarkably perfumed in the glass, this Pinot Noir offers focused aromas of juicy plum, black cherry, and Asian spice. On the palate, incredible volume and concentration surround pure red berry and cherry flavors before finishing with velvety soft tannin.Rating(s)$29.9014 -
2019 Bohème English Hill Vineyard Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (Was $60)
Winery Notes- English Hill Vineyard grows at the southwest edge of Sebastopol Hills, surrounded by expansive pasture and rangeland. Overlooking Russian River Valley and the Marin Coast, weather swings wildly between continental and maritime influences. 2019 Pinot Noir: Five clones of Pinot Noir are planted at this site that bridges Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley growing regions. The grapes were harvested between September 14th to 25th with an average yield of 2.42 tons per acre. English Hill Pinot Noir received tailored cold-soak and hand punch-down treatment with 25% Whole Cluster fermentation. The wine aged 22 months in 20% new French Burgundy barrels before bottling.$44.903 -
2018 Immortal Slope Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- Our 2018 Slope is rich with dark brambly fruit framed by sweet spices, coffee, and chocolate, all carried on a supple yet dense palate. As the wine opens, it reveals layers of flavor: blackberry, blueberry, lavender, and spice cake, completed by black plum, sweet tobacco, black tea, Muscovado sugar, and espresso. While the mountainside tannins provide a dense framework to carry the wine, they are well-ripened, supple, and relax into velvet with decanting. Accessible in its youth, it will continue to evolve for decades.Rating(s)$74.901 -
2021 Chalk Hill Estate Chalk Hill Proprietary Red
Winery Notes- The 2021 Estate Red opens with savory aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, cigar box, and black tea. The palate is dense and rich with layers of dark chocolate and spices, framed by velvety tannins.$49.902 -
2022 Hanzell Sebella Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- Intriguing and mouthwatering aromas of pomegranate, Bing cherry, cranberry, wild blueberry, tangerine, cherry tobacco, Daikon radish and redwood forest floor emanate from the glass. Dense in flavor, the palate meets all expectations with additional notes of blood orange and kumquat carried on a lovely texture which is velvety, taut and lifted all at once. Fermented with 41% whole cluster, the 2022 Hanzell “Sebella” Pinot Noir finish is long, juicy and simply delicious.$39.909 -
2021 Roar Sierra Mar Vineyard Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- Dark mountain berries and spice dominate this Pinot, with a stream of fine minerality snaking through. Wild, savory elements interplay with plump fruit flavors. A delicate, yet mysterious red that plays well with many cuisines.$74.904 -
2021 Three Sticks Gap's Crown Vineyard Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- This wine holds a special place in our hearts hailing from the birthplace of the Three Sticks story, our first vineyard, laying the foundation for our incredible collection of vineyards. Our original Heritage vineyard, Durell, is highly regarded throughout Sonoma, characterized by its diverse microclimates and rocky volcanic soils. This 610-acre vineyard, with 180 acres planted, is mainly chardonnay and pinot noir. Our vineyard spans the Sonoma Valley, Sonoma Coast, and Carneros AVAs and was first planted in the 1970s, making it an integral part of Sonoma’s history. Its reputation continues to shine through every grape and in every glass of wine. The 2021 vintage began with a very dry winter making early irrigation in the vineyards necessary to counteract the lack of rain. With cooler weather around budbreak and flowering, we saw a fair amount of fluctuation in the timing and development of the grapes. This led to highly variable yields at harvest, which kept our winegrowing team on their toes. Harvest got underway on the last day of August and continued throughout September at a steady, methodical pace. Overall, the fruit was quite enticing, with medium to full body and particularly impressive tannin structures on the Pinots. This vineyard’s latest vintage of wine is fresh and vibrant, with a blend of nectarine, Asian pear, and mandarin flavors. A subtle touch of pastry cream enhances its complexity.$69.902 -
2019 The Grenachista Mathis Vineyard Sonoma Valley Grenache Noir (Natural Wine)
Winery Notes- Concentrated presence of fresh strawberries and foraged wild berries, bing cherries, pomegranate, cinnamon, coriander, dried rose petal, exuberant yet disciplined, with a core of red currants, heady black cherry and minerality closing with piercing finesse. Sourced from the Peter Mathis’s vineyard, high above the east side of the Sonoma Valley above the small town of Boyes Hot Springs. This is one of our favorite spots. Small berry clones plus very tight vine spacing gives this vineyard some of the best concentration of Grenache around. We are incredibly honored to receive fruit from this 7 acre gem and this wine won’t disappoint.$28.902 -
2022 The Grenachista Sonoma Valley Grenache Blanc (Natural Wine)
Winery Notes- Our third Grenache Blanc from our new estate vineyard, hence forth known as Kitty Face Vineyard, located in the eastern Sonoma Valley. This wine provokes aromatics of fresh lemon and green apples, tropical melon, sea salt, blood orange and fall pears with a hint of grated nutmeg, fennel and dill seed. It then expands to a broad palate filled with apricots, lemon curd and brioche. Maintaining our signature synthesis of honeyed stone fruits polarized by lively acidity and piercing minerality gaining momentum of richness and depth on the finish. Whole cluster pressed, native primary fermentation with no malolactic fermentation, aged sur lie in a concrete egg for one year. Never fined and only lightly filtered.$21.90Out of StockOut of Stock
