2019 Livio Sassetti Pertimali Brunello di Montalcino (Was $80)

Winery Notes- The grape bunches undergo light pressing. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 28 – 29°C with maceration period of 10 – 15 days. Aged for 36 months in 33hl Slavonian oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle. Deep ruby red color with aromas of ripe red fruit and spices. Elegant and structured, with soft and pleasant tannins and a long, persistent finish.
